Best Western Ville-Marie Hotel & Suites, Montreal

Upon entering the hotel, I immediately noticed the refreshing smell of clean linen, and our spacious room was both clean and comfortable, offering great value for the price paid. However, the dining options were not particularly special, and it was better to explore nearby cafes for meals.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although conveniently located next to the lifts and a conference room, were clean and essential with a luxurious feel, resembling a more expensive hotel. However, the service was a bit of a mixed bag, with immediate response from Maintenance but some staff being extremely rude. The location was great, offering easy access to many shops, cafes, Mount Royal, and other attractions, but being slightly away from the center. The dining experience, while pricey and closing early, lacked variety in options. Overall, a stay with some highs and lows.

The location had tons of food options nearby but some construction noise, offering easy access to public transit and other city locations. The dining experience at Le Parmigiano seemed quite limited, although the food looked tasty. Overall, a great hotel stay with a few minor drawbacks.
